- Navigate to Oracle Install Base Admin responsibility
- Open the Transaction Errors Processing Form
- Enter the value of Item Number and Order Number fields and press Find button
- In the form that follows (Transaction Error Summary and Details) check the process flag for each record and Save
- Then Click on Tools -> Resubmit Interface Process
- A request id is generated and this concurrent request processes all the Stuck IB instances.
Note:
- The program takes considerable time (about 2 hours for 100 instances)
- In case the errors still exist then refer metalink for each error message and do the needful per metalink instructions.
