To Resubmit Stucked records in IB

    1. Navigate to Oracle Install Base Admin responsibility
    2. Open the Transaction Errors Processing Form
    3. Enter the value of Item Number and Order Number fields and press Find button


    1. In the form that follows (Transaction Error Summary and Details) check the process flag for each record and Save


    1. Then Click on Tools -> Resubmit Interface Process
    2. A request id is generated and this concurrent request processes all the Stuck IB instances.


Note:
  1. The program takes considerable time (about 2 hours for 100 instances)
  2. In case the errors still exist then refer metalink for each error message and do the needful per metalink instructions.
